Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Oh My Mahjong pieces, but if your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the package is scanned to track your return journey back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
